10 Rounds, Only increase Squat/Jerk Rep’s +1 each round.  (All others remain constant)

1 Squat/Jerk 95#

5 Pull Ups

10 Push ups

15 Squats

Four rounds of:

400m Run

20 Crunches

25 Push ups

30 Air squats

3 rounds, perform 30 reps of each exercise:
Cleans
Bench
Squat
Curl
Squat
Row
Jumpies
Crunches

18Nov2010
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
30 second Handstand hold
30 second Squat hold
30 second L-sit hold
30 second Chin over bar hold

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
500 meter erg
5 Deadlifts

15 Burpees
